These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AppAlchemy (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AppAlchemy is a tool that lets you describe a mobile app in natural language and generates React Native code that previews live on your device. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to build or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions.
• Use the Service to generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the application code generated for you (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload, including reference images.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on certain third-party providers to deliver features such as live preview, code generation, and payment processing. Your use of these features may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AppAlchemy and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

AI-generated code may contain errors and is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppAlchemy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
