AppAlchemy provides a platform for designing mobile app interfaces using AI technology. Our service allows you to create professional app designs in seconds, export them in various formats, and share them with your team or developers.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights to code you create using our service.

3. Privacy & Data

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using AppAlchemy, you agree to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

AppAlchemy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused credits within 3 days after purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for used credits as costs incurred for generative AI are extremely high. In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to create app designs. You can cancel any time though and your subscription ends.
